Delete your game account

You can request deletion of your complete Survivor of Island game account in the app through Account Settings. This process may delete or de-identify account information, game progress, and other game data associated with the account. Account deletion may be irreversible.

If you cannot access the app, email support@survisland.com and include enough information for us to locate and verify the account. We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping.

Apple and Google sign-in

If you use Sign in with Apple or Google Login, use the same in-app account deletion process to request deletion of your game account and related account data. You may separately manage or revoke the authorization you gave to the app in your Apple or Google account settings. Revoking provider authorization alone may prevent future sign-in but does not by itself delete your game account.

Facebook Login

You may use Meta's apps and websites settings to request deletion of Facebook-authorized data associated with Survivor of Island. This removes the Facebook authorization and binding used for sign-in. To request deletion of your complete game account, use the in-app account deletion process or contact support@survisland.com if you cannot access the app.
